First Customer Program is an accelerator program designed to help early stage startups find their first paying customers. The program focuses on practical business development skills to accelerate you from building to selling. The program is free, hands-on and in English.

The first and last sessions will be held on-site, and the others will be online via Zoom.

For this program, only applicants who live in Germany are eligible.

The event is a collaboration between Startup Migrants, Deutsche Postcode Lotterie, Hilfswerft GmbH, BRIDGE - Gründen aus Bremer Hochschulen and LEMEX (University of Bremen).

During this program we focus on:

- Who is your customer?

- Understanding the customer journey

- How to design your pricing?

- How to build your sales process?

- How to pitch in meetings?

- How to close the deal?
