We discover founders, together we build companies.

In the most dynamic European ecosystems, migrant founders are involved in a majority of growth companies. We guide both migrant and local entrepreneurs.

Let’s work together to empower migrants and locals to build successful companies.

Creating a level playing field

A woman is giving a presentation in a conference room with a screen displaying a slide that reads "We believe everyone in Europe should have equal opportunity to start a business". There are several attendees sitting and listening, with speech bubbles saying "Partnering to create inclusive startup communities" and "Working with migrant entrepreneurs to turn their ideas into businesses".

Our mission is to create a level playing field that enables migrants and locals to start and grow a scalable business in Europe.

We do this with startup ecosystem, business support organisations and universities. We are a keen provider of data for researchers on migrant entrepreneurship.

Over time, we want to enable Europe to become the go-to location for ambitious migrants to start their business.

We all succeed when migrants succeed.

How it works

1. We bring the program to you.

We handle all the logistics and program content. Our experienced team comes to your city, organizes the event, and ensures everything runs smoothly. All you need to do is provide a venue and any necessary resources.

2. We tailor the collaboration.

We work closely with your organization to customize the partnership based on your capabilities and preferences. Whether it's sponsoring, providing a venue, or contributing in another way, we align our efforts to make the collaboration seamless and impactful.

3. Participants leave ready.

After the session, participants leave equipped and confident to dive into their local startup ecosystem. We continue to collaborate to track the long-term impact of our programs, ensuring continuous improvement and demonstrating the value of our partnership.
